Return & Exchange Policy
At FaithChurch, we’re grateful for your support and aim to provide quality products that reflect our heart and mission. Because many of our items are custom-made or produced in limited runs, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for issues such as sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
That said, if there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or something that arrived damaged—we are happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo and description of the issue. If the issue was due to an error on our end or a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to replace the item or offer a suitable solution.
Shipping Returns (if applicable)
If an item qualifies for return based on the criteria above, you will be asked to mail the product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable amount of time, please first check with your bank and credit card provider. Refunds can take time to process. If you've done that and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us at info@faithchurch.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if applicable. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
